Electrical problem

Two days ago, my passenger power window started to develop a mind of its own. Anytime I start my car now, the window automatically goes down. It has gotten to the point where I can not control the window, as the switch on the drivers side and passenger side for the window does not work. The other windows are fine. This morning I noticed the dashboard digital reading on the "MPG" was jumping all over to getting, for example, 75 mpg, 50mpg, 14, etc. and my digital clock has been set back to 01/01/1999 and the is not correct. Any suggestions of what the problem would be? I bought this car used in November 2006.
