Engine Cooling problem 1999 Volvo S70 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 140000 miles After recent maintenance, tires, oil change, tire rod replaced, timing belt, spark plugs and water pump replaced, car overheated. Milky substance in oil. Will be towing to a mechanic for a diagnosis but I am not near where I live so I don't know the mechanic. I don't want to be taken for an engine replacement if its a blown head gasket. How can I tell if the mechanic is honest? What is the price range of these types of jobs?
