Transmission problem
1999 Toyota Rav4 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Manual 110000 miles

First of all I'm assuming I need a new clutch and maybe something else. I have two problems. First off I have to bury the clutch pedal to the floor and shift slowly or it catches and sometimes grinds a bit. The second problem happens first thing if the car has sat for a long period of time or overnight. I put it in first and let off on the clutch and the car starts to shutter to and fro, like a bounce. As if I wasn't giving it enough gas when depressing the clutch. However I am giving it enough and it just kinda starts bouncing and I will press the clutch in and it stops. It happens once or twice then it is fine for the rest of the day. Wondering if anyone has any clue as to what is going on. And maybe what it will take to fix the problem.
