Noises problem

While i am driving there is a thumping sound on my front right tire....at first is was a minor but latley the sound keeps getting worst while i am driving the the sound but low if turning or on a turn the sound gets louder, sounds clearer and it is felt more what might be the problem i have been told by various people it feels like the rotor bearing?????

You may have a faulty tyre, replace it with the spare and see if that fixes the problem first.

i took it to the dealership aka stealership they told me me front and rear right side bearings are done.....
