My car has been having starting problems fuel pump related.When it doesn't start the pump is not working,I put a new relay in checked the fuze when its not working there is not power to the pump when you turn the key on. when it is working there is power to the pump when you turn the key on. This happens with it just sitting not wigling or moving any wires, its vary intermitant. What is it that sends the power to the pump for those few seconds when you turn the key to on not start.The wirring diagram i have shows nothing other than the relay and the pcm as any kind of controls.
