Electrical problem
1999 Pontiac Grand Am 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 150000 miles

I had my wife's Grand Am detailed yesterday and while the guys at the detail shop were finishing up the horn started blaring. Later I noticed that the steering wheel didn't lock when the car was shut off/keys removed. Could these two things be related? any simple fixes?
