1999 Plymouth Voyager

I have a 1999 Plymouth Voyager and the car doesn't want to start. It cranks, looks like will start but is not starting. I think that may be sort of fuse or relay (if such thing exist and is responsible with the car starting) or the fuel pump. Is the fuel pump located in the gas tank? If not there where it is? How right or wrong I am here? Thanks for your help!

firstly check the underhood fuse/relay box theres a list of fuses and relays on the lid .. check fuel pump fuse .. and while someone turns key in ignition is fuel pump relay clicking .. you sjhould be able to hear/feel it ??

Underhood Fuses
A Power Distribution Center is located in the engine compartment, near the battery. A label identifying the components and circuits is located on the underside of the cover.

Well..today when I try to start the car...started!..after running for a while, i spot the can and, when try to start again, same thing: didn't want to start..Now i am so confused: it will be the relay or the fuel pump?

is your MIL showing on the dash ?? have the car read for fault codes ... easiest way for you to check whether your getting fuel .. crank the engine over a few times .. remove a spark plug if its wet and smells of fuel your getting fuel from pump ....
