1999 Other Plymouth Models Van wont start

Electrical problem
1999 Other Plymouth Models 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My wife left her windows down on our1999 plymouth grand voyager and it pour down rain for couple of hours and now it will not crank over, all gauges go crazy when key in on position and the relays in the interior fuse block are clicking non stop. Van is equip with alarm and battery voltage good i can not find a problem. Only things i can get to work are the relays clicking no lights or anything. Please help thanks cody

Cody,

Something is wet inside the steering column. If the vehicle has an airbag, and you are not trained to work with one, I wouldn't touch it. Chances are, everything will start working again as soon as it dries out.
