1999 Other GMC Models turn signal/brake light

Electrical problem
1999 Other GMC Models 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 100000 miles

Left turn signal & brake light went on the drivers side only-replaced all-1 bulb looked burned out-replaced & everything was ok. next time I used it, it was out again. changed all 3 bulbs-everything ok. next time I used it, it was out again. whats up?
