Engine Mechanical problem 1999 Oldsmobile Alero 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 106,00 miles For the last couple months after sitting for a couple days up to a week the car had a dead battery. This seems to happen when it has been wet. Now after jumping the battery the car starts, but then quits almost immediately. Again, it has been quite wet lately. Why might the car not continue to run??
