Engine Mechanical problem
1999 Nissan Altima 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 13500 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
the car started off cracking the radiator.i would patch it with j b weld.it would crack somewhere else.i was told just bad radiator, blown head gasket,or water pump.i was thinking head gasket.but the car still ran like it had no problems.no water in oil no oil in water no water lost until the radiator busted.i was told to take the uver flow tube stick it in a boddle of water with the car running if it blowed bubbles it was the head gasket.i did and it blew some bubble.so i was told of this stuff to put in the radiator that would seal the head gasket i did no more bubbles put new radiator on no crackes.but now the car has a really bad idle.but as soon as u drive it the car runs like it has no problems unless idling.was told it had a burnt valve my ? is how do u check for a burned valve and if the car did have a bad head gasket is the bottle of coppery stuff a pement fix
