FRONT WHEELS ARE LOCKED TO THE LEFT.IGNITION SWITCH WILL NOT TURN TO START SEEMS LIKE IT IS THE SWITCH.STEERING WHEEL WILL NOT UNLOCK.
The lock cylinder might be jammed. There should be a retaining pin underneath the steering column (small hole). Insert an ice pick or very small screwdriver in this hole. Insert the ignition key and turn ignition to on position and then press in on the screwdriver. Twist the lock and pull away from the steering column.
