Shakes or Wobbles problem

Hi, i have a problem when driving the car at a speed above 60 miles/hour. I feel an average vibration + noise, so i double checked the wheels allignment and balancing.
It improved the situation a little bit but still there is a noise and vibration when driving above 60 m/h. Some people told me that it's the all terrain tires that normally do this at high speeds, is that true? or what could be the problem? Thanks for your help.
