Electrical problem
1999 Isuzu Rodeo Question 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 92000 miles

one of the 15 amp fuses continues to blow. when the fuse blows, all 4 four windows do not work, the ABS light comes on, the rear wiper doesn't work, cruise control doesn't work, the first click on the front wiper won't work. now, i have it looked at by numerous shops and the original dealer. they can't find the problem. will someone please help. won't pass inspection.

Coud you provide the fuse number/location
The fuse I show should be 30amp
