Engine Performance problem

I haven't had any problems with my car until one day out of the blue it doesn't start. So I had the crank position sensor replaced. That got the engine starting again, but ever since then when I press down on the gas pedal it will stall and take 5-10 seconds to actually get any power to it. The engine also seems hotter than normal. I took it in and had it scanned and I had a faulty cam sensor so I replaced that. Still didn't fix the problem. What else could be wrong?
