1999 Hyundai Accent please help

Engine Performance problem
1999 Hyundai Accent 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 205000 miles

I have a 1999 hyundai accent. It has 205,000 miles and it seems to be losing power. Whenever i accelerate (not pressing on the gas too much) it kinda sputters and then will regain power and then i shift and it does the same thing. Then when im in 5th gear my car runs great.
