1999 GMC Jimmy 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 118.00 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
I have checked the the gear oil in front axle the level is fine and the gear oil looks great. The service fouor wheel drive light is on. How do you turn it off

That light means there is a problem. NOT that the oil needs checking. You need to pull the trouble codes and see what you have. Then you have a starting point.
