Electrical problem
1999 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 110000 miles

After driving the car and shutting it off it will not start immediately. It acts like the battery is near dead and just barely cranks. The dash lights dim. After about 5-10 minutes the car starts fine. I checked the battery and it is at 12.5V. The alternator is putting out 14.5V @ 1500RPM. I checked all connections I could get to with an OHM meter and they are OK. Any ideas?
