Transmission problem
1999 Ford F350 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Recently I hit someone in a Frod F-350. I hit him at an intersection when he stopped abruptly and I was going about 20 mph. I hit him on the rear passenger side of his bumper. There was no physical damage to either truck and my air bags did not deploy (and yes they are factory originals). That was about 6 weeks ago. We pulled over to a local burger joint and talked about the incident and decided there was no cause to call the local authorities. We backed out and went on our way.
Now he is claiming the accident caused him to lose reverse on his truck. Is this possible?
