Engine Performance problem
1999 Ford F350 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 153000 miles

Im havin problems with my powerstroke diesel...it has sat all summer and it cranks but wont fire. i changed fuel filter and it has fuel going to the filter. i also changed the cam sensor rescently so i know its not that, which is a common problem. i also have no codes or CEL. what is my next plan of attack?
