1999 Ford F150 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 128000 miles I started my truck the other day with the wipers turned on. Unfortunately the wipers were frozen to the windshield and they ceased working. After I removed the ice and tightened the nuts on the control arms, the wipers would still not move from the down position, but I could hear the wiper motor working. What do I need to replace in this case?
