Engine Performance problem
1999 Ford Contour 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 149000 miles

WhenI got the car it had several vacuum leaks so I put itin the shop and they fixed those, replaced the timing belts, spark plugs, wires,etc. They also replaced the fuel filter. The car would stall and not restart for several hours. My husband replaced the fuel filter again and now after another 6 months he has replaced it again but, this time it still will not start.
