Engine Performance problem

have had throttle body cleaned,injectors cleaned,new ing coiled ,plugs wires rotor and cap installed new catalitic convertor installed still i get popping thru throttle body when engine is cold or warm when i accelerate from stand still if i hold at the speed it popping it will continue but if i floor it it takes off with out a miss this condition is not constant

Check the fuel presssure and vacuum leaks
