1999 Dodge Intrepid 6 cyl 160k miles

Hello my 1999 dodge intrepid has an overheating problem, when i first noticed this, I took it in and had the raditor replaced, and it still overheated, tood it back and he replaced the thermostat, still overheats, I took back to him again, he bled out anymore air he thought could be in the system, replaced the radiator cap, and the car is still overheating. I can drive it for about 15 minutes and than the temp guage will go above the middle mark towards the hot, so I turn it off and park it and pretty much have left it to sit. Mechanic says beats him, and the fans work fine to... any suggestions:?
