Electrical problem
1999 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

While driving, suddently all the interior guage (mileage, transmission, radio) lights started flashing at a regular rate. No warning lights on though. Looked outside and all the headlight, tail, and signal lights were also flashing although the headlight switch was not turned on. If I turn the headlight switch to parking or full headlights, the flashing stops. Car seems to run fine, but problem restarts when car is started. I can hear relays clicking in the box by the battery. Could this be a loose ground and if so where? I am tired of the car looking like I am part of a funeral unless I turn the lights on all the time.
