Engine Mechanical problem

My GF has been dealing with this problem so I thought maybe someone can shed some light on this. Her van has an intermittant starting issue. It starts fine after sitting overnight, but after driving it and shutting it off, it will not start again until cool. Turning the key to the RUN posisition, everything turns on that I'm aware of. The fuel pump runs and pressureizes. Turning it to the starting posisition, all electronics in the cabin go off, but the started doesnt turn. There isnt even the click that you would get if the battery is dead. There is no sound at all. I checked the battery, it has a full charge. I know the starter was replaced about 6 months ago. The engin and transmittion were replaced about a year and a half ago. I've taken the car to 3 different shops and each time the van shows no problems, it starts right up even if warm. Any ideas?
