Engine Performance problem 1999 Dodge Avenger 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 120000 miles ---------------------------------------------------------------- This problem started 4-5 months ago. There are days that car drives smoothly with no problems, and some days it`s just too dangerous to be on the road because engine turns off suddenly while you drive (happens more often when I drive slow in the traffic). Car starts with no problems right after (1 or 2 times wouldn`t start right away but lights were on). Sometimes car is about to stop (you can feel how it`s choking and RPM goes down) after I heat the gas it keeps working. Pleas help,I love this car and don`t wonna give up, Thanks, Arsy.
