Electrical problem 1999 Chrysler Sebring 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 89000 miles ---------------------------------------------------------------- early in the morning all work finr on a hot day the gaughes all go out wipers wont work and top wont go up or down when it is a a cool day or winter there is no promblems?
