i am have this problem with the check engine light coming on and off the gages would stop working the fault code give for this was (fault in companion) i was total i need to change my pcm computer, but it was put in with out the scan tool the frist time, the next time if was tried with the scan tool. the car would run great but when you try to reset the check engine light the car cuts off
