Engine Mechanical problem

my 1999 concorde 3.2 L V-6 stalls after driving for a while - the amount of time varys and it will not start back until it has been off for anywhere from 5 minutes to 60 minutes. I checke the voltage to the 6 ingnition coils and there was no voltage from ground to the green wire on the ignition coils with the key in the on position. there was no voltage while cranking either groung to green wire and at both the green and white wire at each coil
