Engine Performance problem

Hello everybody
I have a problem i cannot seem to isolate. It has a miss on idle. Had code p0134, p0102, and p0340, Change fuse for eng 1 , distributor cap, rotor, spark plugs, mass air flow sensor, air filter, 02 sensor bank1 sensor 1, has good fuel pressure,(60 psi ),. Now after all this work, the engine light is off, but still has the same miss. Something i noticed when changing the spark plugs is that #3 and # 6 cyl. had fould plugs compared to the others. Did somebody ever ran across this problem before? Thanks for any answers in advance.

you may have a vaccum leak in the intake gaskets, do you know what your fuel trims were reading when you have the scanner on it
