Steering problem
1999 Chevy Suburban V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 91000 miles
Power steering allows the steering wheel to turn freely, but at both low and high speeds going around turns the "normal" pressure applied to the steering wheel will jerk or let the wheel advance 1-2 inches in movment and thus oversteer the turn slightly. I bought this vehicle used and I find it odd the steering wheel position is not at 12:00 when going straight....maybe this vehicle has had steering issues in the past..?
May be un related but will also mention the cruise control works 100% of the time at low speeds but at 45-55 + speeds the cruise control will only take hold ocassionally and even then it will drop the speed control.
