Engine Mechanical problem
1999 Chevy Monte Carlo V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My husband had accident August 30th and he didnt have insurance. The passengers side front quarter and hood are damaged pretty bad. Also the doghouse has shifted substancially. Do we trade it or fix it? No one will insure the way it is of course unless it is under 500. worth of damage. What should we do ? it is possible it will nickel and dime us to death even if we fix it which we dont have the cash to do, not without saving for quite some time.
