my 1999 malibu wont start fuel pump isnt coming on i checked relay it is fine fuel pump is fine if i put juice to the box that the relay goes into it will run

you need to check and see if you have a theft code in the system

how do i check to see if there is a theft code

you will need a scan tool that will read body control systems or you will have to take it to your local dealer.

i have a scan tool not sure if it is the right one or how to find the theft code my tool is a actron cp9150
