Electrical problem
1999 Cadillac STS V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 152450 miles
with the key on everything is good but as soon as you start it the fuel gauage goes to o the headlights blink on and off dash lights dim or go out radio quits heateer quits windows dont work locks dont work dome lights quit several lights on on dash |

I would make sure the battery connections are clean and tight. Possible that you have some grounding concerns, you may opt to have some diagnostics run on the vehicle to see what communications, or other faults exist. |
