Hi,

My car has developed a hesitation/chugging when accelerating. Especially around 60 MPH, but it's done it at lower speeds too. What could this be?

First thing to do is get the codes read. All 96 and later cars have OBD2 (On Board Diagnostics 2nd generation).
That will give us a place to look.
If there are no codes it could be a dying fuel pump or clogged fuel filter. Have the fuel pressure checked.
First check the codes. Autozone does it for free as well as many other places.
