A rattling, spinning, grinding noise is coming from underneath the car. Sounded like a flat tire, but tires are not flat. The car drives like it is driving on a gravel road.

The car has 99,000 miles but well maintained.

What could be the problem?

is it a rough ride or a noise? if noise check the exhaust for holes!
