Electrical problem
1999 BMW 323 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 196000 miles

hi-The windows & sunroof open up after i turn off the car. I will come out from the parking lot at work & find everything open. I took out the battery on the remote key and it hasn't worked for a long time.
