My Mom just replaced the battery on this vehicle. Now the Radio/CD won't work. It has a display but doesn't respond to any of the buttons. Thank you for your help.

You need to go to the Acura dealer with VIN# to ask for Code number for you stereo system. It is for Anti-theft. When you obtain the code, remember to keep some where for next time especially when you have your car for repair service the battery will be disconnected and you will need it again. In this case, if you car has repair service that not at Acura dealer.
