Engine Performance problem

Good Day Gentleman

I drive a 1998 CITI golf with a 1.8mp9 motor, cowley 4-1 Branch and Free Flow, Flat Bed BMC airfilter, Detrumpeted airbox both top and bottom and dastek unichip piggy back system...

Problem 1 is i tested to see if the car would rev to its limiter but does not do so with full acceleration, it does however reach limiter with 3/4 acceleration....

Problem 2 is car has lossed power in the upper rev range from 4500 - 6500 rpm.... The car was recently serviced - plugs - oil filter - fuel filter....

the fuel pump has been changed to a pirate part however i do have the original pump at home - could this be the problem?

Could the car be losing spark.... or could it be poor mapping from my local tuner??
