Interior problem
1998 Volkswagen Beetle 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 75000 miles

The hood release latch tab on the hood of my 98 VW broke. We are able to open the hood by using the release lever inside and then using a screw driver to release the large hook under the hood, however, I purchased the new release tab and there are no instructions on how to install this. Please help!!! I'm a single lady and need to have easy access under the hood to at least check the oil.
