Electrical problem
1998 Pontiac Grand Prix 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have issues with my car. I have a gauge that shows boost, fuel milage, oil condition, and such. It seems to be directly related to the heater operation, and the daytime running lights. For some reason, all of those features are acting up. If the boost gauge area is not working, then neither does the heater, or the daytime running lights. I hear a lot of clicking under the dash by the steering wheel, figuring it must be a relay of some sort. Any ideas where to start? I have looked at the fuses. The heater control flashed uncontrollably. And it seems to be effecting the fuel gauge as well. Please help!!
