1998 Nissan Maxima CAR SHAKES AT STOP ON TRAFFIC LIGHT

Engine Performance problem
1998 Nissan Maxima 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 105000 miles

When you press the brakes to stop on traffic light ( Transmission is in D) car start shake. If to switch the gear in N position, the shake dissappire. The light " service engine soon" was for 2 days on. On 3rd day went off.
What could the problem?

I suspect the idling speed is too low and the engine mounts are bad.
