Electrical problem

I have a 98 grand cherokee, it wont start. It will turn over but it wont start. None of the gauges will move but all the lights work. I have no check engine light either. i have no fuel pressure in the fuel rail an the fuel pump wont prime. The overhead display wont read anything either. The jeep was running when this happened. It just shut off......
