Engine Mechanical problem
1998 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 193000 miles

no start,engine turns,no spark I checked the repair manual on it did procedure checks to coil primary I got 1.2ohms(spec 0.3to0.9) secondary was 10.41k-ohms (specs 12.00to19.00) I thought that was still alright so I then checked ICM I did the following procedures I got power going to icm, so I replaced icm, I still got no spark
