1998 Dodge Stratus TRIED EVERYTHING AND STILL, NO START

Engine Mechanical problem
1998 Dodge Stratus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 135000 miles

BEFORE, IT WOULD START THEN CUT OUT AND START AFTER A FEW MIN. THEN IT WOULD LOSE POWER AND THE RPMS WOULD DROP WHILE I WAS GOING AT LEAST 55 TO 60 MPH. NOW IT JUST TRIES TO START. ALMOST LIKE IT ISNT GETTING ANY FIRE TO IT. i HAVE CHANGED THE BATTERY,ALTINATOR, ROTARY CAP. PLUGS. BELTS, GAS FILTER AND FUEL PUMP. STILL IT WILL NOT START. I HAVE EVEN SCANNED IT. NOTHING
WHAT ELSE COULD IT BE??

Has the timing belt been replaced yet? Try this just as a test, do not drive if it starts, unplug the cam position sensor, if it starts the timming is off, and you may need a new timming belt.
