Engine Performance problem

when you accelerate from a dead stop, the car bogs down for a bit and then it starts accelerating. I have replaced the distributor cap, rotor, plugs, wires, plenum gasket, TBI gasket, and it still has the same issue. Could it have a bad fuel filter, or cylinder or injectors? Once the car is moving and you accelerate to pass, it is not as bad as when you first take off. It does seem to have a slight miss or it is just needing more fuel. I thought it was maybe a vacuum leak and thats why I replaced the gaskets. Any ideas?
