Noises problem
1998 Chevy Venture 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 98000 miles

I have a 98' Chevy venture van. I just had the manifold gaskets replaced because my oil looked like chocolate milk. It ran great for a few days. And everything seemed normal. Today I drove it about 3 miles and all of a sudden it bogged down,started running rough and then started making a god awful loud noise, I put it in neutral, not knowing what else to do and it died. Now it doesn't seem to want to start. Anyone have any clue as to what could be wrong?
As you can probably tell I don't know much about cars. PLEASE HELP
