Noises problem
1998 Chevy Truck 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Auntomatic 88000 miles

My truck has never had any problem up until now. In the last 3 days my truck has been making a sharp squeaking noise when driving. The squeaking sound is coming from the right front side of my truck. I believe it to be the tire bearings or front right rotor, but im not sure. When i accelorate the sound becomes more constant, and when i break the noise stops completely. Which leads me to believe its definitly not the breaks. If anyone can help me berfore a more serrious problem comes from, I would be over joyed.
