when i turn the wheel all the way my truck makes a weird sound and the truck starts to shake. this only happens when the wheel is turn all the way to the left or right and i start moving. what can be the problem? how can i fix it?

could have a fualty pressure switch on the power steering lines, but the vehicle will make a loud whining sound when the wheel is turned as it is trying to turn the wheel and the limit is reached.
